We are seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Security Solutions & Automation Lead to help modernise and optimise security operations across the EMEA region. This is a unique opportunity to lead digital transformation initiatives, leveraging Microsoft technologies, AI tools, and automation platforms to create smarter, more efficient ways of working.
This is not a traditional security management role. Instead, you'll act as a solutions-focused innovator, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance visibility, improve decision-making, and drive operational excellence through technology.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient processes and develop automated solutions to improve operational performance.
2. Design and implement workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft 365 applications, and related technologies.
3. Apply a solutions architecture mindset to understand complex operational processes and design scalable improvements.
4. Drive the evolution of the Regional Security Operations Centre (RSOC) through automation, analytics, and process optimisation.
5. Develop insightful dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks using Power BI.
6. Analyse operational data to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions to prioritise transformation initiatives.
8. Lead the implementation and adoption of new systems, tools, and ways of working.
9. Manage projects and workstreams using platforms such as Smartsheet and Microsoft Project.
10. Champion the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, AI assistants, automation agents, and emerging digital tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
11. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and digital transformation.
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
12. Proven experience in process automation, business transformation, digital innovation, or solutions design.
13. Strong hands-on experience with:Microsoft Power AutomateMicrosoft Power BIMicrosoft 365 ecosystemSharePoint OnlineTeams and associated Microsoft productivity applications
14. Experience implementing and optimising automated workflows and business processes.
15. Strong analytical skills with experience developing KPIs, reporting frameworks, and data-driven insights.
16. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
17. Experience delivering organisational change, user adoption, and training initiatives.
18. Strong problem-solving capabilities and systems-thinking approach.
Highly Desirable
19. Demonstrable expertise in Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered productivity tools.
20. Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence applications within business operations.
21. Experience deploying or working with AI agents, generative AI tools, machine learning applications, or intelligent automation solutions.
22. Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform AI capabilities, or related AI technologies.
23. Experience working within regional, multi-site, or EMEA-wide environments.
24. Exposure to security operations, RSOC environments, or operational resilience programmes.
25. Background in business analysis, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
