Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in operations or account management
* passionate about technology, efficiency and growth
* systems thinking and the ability to simplify processes
* experience in managing developers, designers and freelancers
Responsibilities include:
* emailing collaborators, replying to any requests, following up on conversations
* customer support
* setting up automations and workflows
* admin and project reporting
* updating spreadsheets and internal systems
* connecting different pieces of technology to increase efficiency
* quality assurance before product launch
