Role Overview
Analyse, design, & deliver effective tech solutions, bridging user needs & technical expertise.
An IT Solutions Technician applies a professional methodology or framework to gather and analyse requirements; to design, develop, diagnose and test, and implement IT solutions and to provide ongoing support both directly to end users and for the underlying IT services. Tasks vary depending on project needs, ranging from very technical to more analytical, business, or user-focused. Based on their role's specialism, they may undertake IT Hardware or IT Solutions activities.

* Apply a range of technical IT skills, including coding practices, configuration management, system administration, and upgrading components.
* Perform appropriate due diligence, including formal testing and validation.
