At Coinford, we deliver large-scale construction projects across the UK, and we’re now looking for skilled Formwork Carpenters to join our growing team. If you’re confident in your abilities and want long-term opportunities on major projects, this could be the role for you.
What You’ll Do
* Work confidently on decking, slabs, walls, columns, staircases, and lift shafts
* Erect and strike traditional and aluminium beam decking systems, panel decking systems, and Peri Trio shutters
* Read and interpret drawings accurately to deliver high-quality work
* Maintain a safe working environment and follow all site safety procedures
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
* Manage time proactively and work both independently and as part of a team
What We’re Looking For
* Proven skills in formwork carpentry across a range of structures and systems
* Ability to read technical drawings and deliver work to specification
* Strong focus on safety, communication, and teamwork
Desirable Experience
* 5+ years’ formwork carpentry experience
