Job Title: IT Technician
Location: Leeds
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Shift Pattern
About the Role
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious IT Technician to join an established and rapidly expanding team providing IT solutions and services across various industries.
Responsibilities
Fault finding on networks and systems including Servers, Switches, Firewalls & Routers
Repair of end-point systems
Password resets, profile repairs, new starter setups, mail management
Communicating technical information clearly to users
Managing IT service desk operations
Candidate Profile
Effective communication and strong customer relationship skills are crucial.
Customer-first mentality
Methodical problem solver with practical approach
Solid experience in 1st line IT support
Adaptable and open to new ideas
Microsoft and related product qualifications desirable
Experience in service desk environments, preferably MSP
Excellent customer service skills
Experience with Data Centre Technologies and Cloud Services
Good documentation skills
Exposure to Server, storage, and endpoint technologies
Willingness to learn and grow
Process-oriented with focus on documentation and improvements
