About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, student focused professional with strong Electrical Installations industry experience to join our Construction Department.
In this role, you will:
* Design and deliver engaging Electrical Installations teaching across a range of levels
* Teach both practical and theoretical elements of the curriculum
* Provide high quality tutorial support to learners
* Contribute to curriculum development and the ongoing growth of the department
* Complete associated administrative tasks to support teaching, learning, and assessment

About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Relevant and up to date industry experience within the Electrical Installations or wider Construction sector
* Strong subject knowledge and a minimum Level 3 vocational qualification in Electrical Installations
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire learners
Teaching qualifications are welcomed but not always essential-what matters most is your industry expertise and your commitment to helping learners succeed.
