Executive Assistant & Team Coordinator (Technology) - Global Enterprise
Our global client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Technology Team Coordinator to provide executive and project coordination support across three senior technology leaders within a fast-paced, international environment.
This role combines diary and stakeholder management with hands-on project coordination, helping leadership teams operate efficiently across complex global programmes and transformations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex executive calendars, meetings and scheduling across multiple senior leaders
* Coordinate daily stand-ups, leadership meetings, workshops and planning sessions
* Track actions, meeting outcomes and follow-ups to ensure accountability and delivery
* Support global travel coordination, itineraries and expense management
* Act as a key liaison across internal teams, senior stakeholders and external partners
* Coordinate onboarding activities for new team members
* Provide high-quality administrative and operational support with complete confidentiality
