About the Role
This role is all about supporting Lily to build confidence and independence, while having fun along the way. Support may include:
* Spending time together doing things Lily enjoys
* Supporting Lily to develop independence skills such as simple cooking
* Helping Lily learn to use public transport
* Exploring opportunities like volunteering or community activities
* Encouraging confidence in social situations
* Providing calm, patient support when anxiety is high
About You
* Are kind, patient, and encouraging
* Love animals and being creative
* Have a good sense of humour
* Are supportive without being pushy
* Understand (or are willing to learn about) autism, ADHD, and anxiety
* Can build trust and go at Lily’s pace
* Understand the benefits and fun aspects of social media as well as the pitfalls
Experience isn’t essential – the right attitude is far more important.

* Lily lives at home with her mum
* This role is subject to references and a satisfactory DBS check
