We are a Worcester based recruitment business and my client are local people looking to expand their business portfolio to include a Worcester based pub/restaurant combined with holiday lets. They are opening the doors to a brand new, community-focused pub and are looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead it from day one. This is a rare opportunity for someone to put their stamp on a new venue, build a loyal local following, and create a welcoming hub at the heart of the community. The Role As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation and long-term success of the pub. You’ll lead by example, create a positive team culture, and deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving strong commercial performance.
