Requirements: * Experience working with children in an educational setting, particularly with SEN. * A calm, patient, and resilient approach. * Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships. * A proactive and adaptable attitude. * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
