Key Responsibilities:

* Taking inbound calls to assist customers with payments and payment arrangements

* Handling vulnerable callers with empathy and directing them to appropriate support agencies

* Maintaining and updating case files accurately and in line with GDPR

* Supporting field-based agents and internal teams with admin and client updates

* Drafting letters, inputting data, and managing general case correspondence

* Working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with excellent verbal and written communication skills, good attention to detail, and strong administrative abilities. A calm, professional manner and ability to handle sensitive or difficult conversations is also essential.
