Are you a natural leader with a passion for retail and community impact?
We’re looking for dynamic and motivated Store Managers to lead in our following stores:
* St Annes Attire men’s store
* Lytham Trinity Store
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing the day-to-day operations of the shop
* Leading and inspiring a team of volunteers and staff
* Driving sales and Gift Aid targets through creative merchandising and excellent customer service
* Handling donations and ensuring effective stock control
* Maintaining high standards of presentation, safety, and compliance
* Promoting our mission and values in everything you do
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven retail experience and leadership skills
* A positive, hands-on approach to team management
* Strong organisational and communication abilities
* Confidence in handling finances and shop administration
* A passion for charity and community engagement
