PSR Solutions are proud to be working with a respected care provider in the search for a dynamic and accomplished Home Manager to lead an established elderly and dementia nursing home in Central London. Our client is seeking a strong, inspirational leader who can take control, provide stability, and continue to drive excellence in care quality and compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager to build on a solid foundation and bring fresh energy and direction to a well-regarded service.
Key Skills / Qualifications
* Nurse-qualified - RGN / RMN / RNLD
* Possess a recognised management qualification NVQ4/5 and previous CQC registration experience
* Proven leadership experience in managing a nursing or residential care home
* In-depth knowledge of CQC standards with a track record of achieving "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings
* Passionate about delivering exceptional person-centred care
* Commercially astute with the ability to manage budgets and occupancy
* Confident, proactive, and compassionate with excellent communication skills
