THE ROLE:
Working within our Kids Around Outlet store in Cheshire Oaks, you will be part of our store management team, working to deliver premium customer service with a personal touch, within a premium, designer fashion label setting.
Details of the role:
* Full Time Outlet Store Supervisor
* 37.5hrs per week
* 5 days over 7 including weekends
Salary negotiable depending on experience. Monthly and seasonal bonus also applicable.
A history of Store Management experience at supervisor level is a minimum requirement as well as proven experience with high end customer service essential.
The successful individual will be responsible for supporting the successful management of our Kids Around Outlet store in Cheshire Oaks. They will be working with brands such as BOSS, Hugo, Kenzo Kids, Billieblush, Timberland, Givenchy, Chloe, DKNY, Karl Lagerfeld Kids and Marc Jacobs.
Responsibilities include:
* Running of our store on a day to day basis in the absence of SM
* Supporting the SM with long term strategy to drive the business forward
* Cash handling and in store banking
* Ensuring the store delivers premium customer service
* Maintaining the upkeep of the store with regards to health & safety / regulation paperwork
* Management & motivation of a retail team
* Staff recruitment & development
* Driving sales to target
* Understanding, analysis and development of store KPI's
* Store merchandising including changeover of seasons and promotions
* Managing stockloss and completing inventories
* Maintaining high standards of good housekeeping
* Receipt of deliveries
All suitable candidates must be confident with management & motivation of a retail team, show a strong level of customer service, be driven towards targets, able to work in a busy & result driven role, be self-motivated and able to work to a high level while managing time efficiently.
This role is ideal for any individual interested in management within a high end, fast paced, designer fashion based company.
