About the Role
Working closely with class teachers to support pupils with a range of needs, including autism (ASC), speech and language challenges, SEMH and complex learning difficulties.
Supporting pupils both 1:1 and in small groups to encourage progress across the curriculum and in social communication.
Using adaptive strategies and specialist resources to engage students and help them thrive.
Collaborating with therapists and the wider school team to deliver consistent, high-quality support.
