You’ll provide first‑time resolutions or elevate queries to our self‑service hub or Subject Matter Experts. You’ll support the People Services Team Leader, continuously seeking ways to improve services and maintain an understanding of the systems, HR processes, and self‑serve documentation. You’ll also manage expectations aligned with pre‑agreed SLAs and support Partners/Customers with payroll compliance and legal documentation. If you have excellent customer service skills, confident communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail, then this could be for you.
