Required experience:
* Demonstrated success leading teams in a high-energy environment (insurance or contact centre background preferred).
* A motivating, hands-on leadership style with strong coaching and communication skills.
* Confidence in managing performance, delivering feedback, and addressing disciplinary issues when needed.
* A results-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.
