Paywall & Sales Operations Lead
Surbiton, Surrey (Office-Based) - 5 days a week £28K (£30K after probation) + £6K Bonus | OTE £36K

About the Role
Our client is a fast‑growing, social‑first agency working with creators across global markets. You'll sit at the centre of the paywall and sales operation – driving performance, managing execution, and ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes. This is part operator, part analyst, part team leader.
You'll
- Own operational performance across assigned creators
- Manage day‑to‑day execution within the paywall and sales function
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue and conversion
- Oversee pricing, positioning, and monetisation strategy
- Manage and coordinate a remote operations team
- Track performance data and report directly to leadership
