Paywall & Sales Operations Lead

Surbiton, Surrey (Office-Based) - 5 days a week £28K (£30K after probation) + £6K Bonus | OTE £36K

This isn't a back‑office role. We're looking for someone commercially sharp, highly organised, and accountable for performance. Someone who doesn't just follow processes – they improve them. If you thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy working with data, people, and systems, and want real ownership over revenue performance – this role will suit you. We don't need perfection – we need discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to execute under pressure.

About the Role

Our client is a fast‑growing, social‑first agency working with creators across global markets. You'll sit at the centre of the paywall and sales operation – driving performance, managing execution, and ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes. This is part operator, part analyst, part team leader.

You'll

  • Own operational performance across assigned creators
  • Manage day‑to‑day execution within the paywall and sales function
  • Identify opportunities to improve revenue and conversion
  • Oversee pricing, positioning, and monetisation strategy
  • Manage and coordinate a remote operations team
  • Track performance data and report directly to leadership
