You will be self-motivated, possess good communication skills, be proactive and will work as part of a team to maintain the highest standards of customer service. The role includes lifeguarding the pools, helping customers to enjoy their visit and ensuring high standards of building presentation to maintain the smooth operation of the facilities.
Responsibilities
* Lifeguard the pools and support customers to ensure a positive visit experience.
* Maintain high standards of building presentation to support smooth facility operation.
* Work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service.
Qualifications
* National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is a pre-requisite for lifeguarding and is essential for this role.
* Pool Plant Operator (PPO) is also essential for this role.
* Experience of running a multipurpose venue and managing large teams of staff is desirable.
* All positions are subject to a PVG check.
