Job responsibilities
Receptionist/Admin- Under the direct supervision of the Reception Manager, working alongside other reception staff.Responsible to : Reception Manager-Magisterially to :Practice Manager
Liaises with :Patients, clients and visitors to the practice Members of the reception & Primary care team.
The ability to communication effectively with a wide range of people.
Ability to deal effectively with telephone calls
Understanding the necessity of conifedentiality
