As National Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of the endoscopy sales function, reporting directly into the UK Managing Director. You’ll set direction, develop your team, and play a key role in driving growth, with the trust and space to run things your way as the business continues to expand.

What will your day to day look like?
You will lead commercial performance by overseeing a team of Regional Sales Managers and ensuring every opportunity is fully maximised. A typical day may include:
* Developing and delivering UK financial and strategic sales plans
* Leading and coaching the team to success
* Providing strategic direction and operational advice to the team
* Attending customer visits with the field teams
* Identifying new areas of growth
You will have the opportunity to develop professionally through close collaboration with the UK Managing Director and exposure to senior leadership.
This role will suit you if you…
* Have experience in selling into B2B healthcare or the NHS
* Can build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
* Understand clinical evidence and the impact of health economics
* Have experience managing a field-based and/ or remote team within medical devices
* Can target new accounts and new business opportunities in all target customer channels
