Summary:
Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Administrator on a part time basis for approximately 15-20 hours per week. The pattern of working hours can be flexible to suit and duties include:
* Provision of administrative support to a small team, ensuring compliance with financial service sector regulations.
* Working with the firm's compliance team to ensure the firm complies with regulatory expectations.
* Assisting with the review of key policies and procedures.
* Provide administrative support including booking client appointments and dealing with enquiries.
* Updating and maintaining accurate and confidential client files.
* Paraplanning support including researching of products.
Person Specification:
1. Strong administrative skills and an understanding of compliance and quality management.
2. Excellent IT skills including MS Office.
3. Experience of the financial service sector is preferred but not essential.
