The pub needs a savvy marketeer, maximising social media channels to reach a new audience. Youll ensure that you are the go-to venue for local weddings, baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, business meetings and lunches. The pub also needs an operator who knows what online guests look for when making bookings, building strong Trip Advisor, Google, and Facebook score.
The pub and location
The pub is set back from the main road into Rochester and is a great space to drive out of the hustling Medway areas with access to 65,000+ residents. The Three Crutches is steeped in history, dating back to 16th Century.
Its also a destination pub. Guests drive here from the surrounding towns, but there is also the opportunity to grow local trade. The pub has two full serviced bars with approximately 100 internal covers and a large, well-kept garden comprising 200 covers. The car park is also spacious.

Your own Ltd Company will provide the day-to-day management of the pub, retain full ownership of team and operational decisions, whilst managing associated costs such as wages and minor repairs. Alongside this, youll benefit from extensive operational support, including marketing and recruitment within a framework designed to help your business thrive.
