Program Manager Responsibilities
* Support HID's success by contributing to program management best practices and agile process improvements (LACE initiatives).
* Develop and implement epic-centric risk management strategies to minimize risks and ensure successful delivery.
* Participate actively in planning through PI planning and execution.
* Work with agile teams, ARTs, and stakeholders to ensure alignment, expectations, and successful program execution.
* Maintain alignment of epic-centric schedules and facilitate planning meetings.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics to track epic progress, performance, and outcomes.
* Identify and implement opportunities to improve epic delivery for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
* Create and execute epic-level communication plans to ensure effective stakeholder communication.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
* Proven success in delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
* Certification in Program Management (PgMP) or Project Management (PMP).
* Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory and compliance requirements.
* Experience with Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) and security.
