Project Manager – Experiential / Creative Production
Location: Surrey (Hybrid working – 3 days in the office)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + benefits
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
CoCo Group are working with an exciting and highly regarded creative production and brand experience business based in Surrey, who are looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced, hands-on environment delivering high-impact experiential projects, live events, and bespoke builds for some of the world’s most recognisable brands. With an impressive in-house production facility and a collaborative team culture, this role offers genuine variety and the chance to be involved in projects from concept through to delivery.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple projects at any one time, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with internal creative, design and production teams, as well as external suppliers and clients, to ensure smooth and successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing end-to-end project delivery from brief to completion
* Creating and maintaining project plans, schedules and timelines
* Managing project budgets, forecasting costs, and controlling spend
* Coordinating internal teams, suppliers, and logistics to meet deadlines
* Leading client communication and ensuring expectations are met throughout
* Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and resolving issues quickly
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures and quality standards
* Supporting with reporting, documentation and overall project coordination
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is confident managing multiple workstreams. You will be commercially aware, highly organised, and comfortable working across creative and operational teams.
You will ideally have:
* Proven experience managing full project lifecycles
* Experience within fabrication, production, events or experiential environments (highly advantageous)
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience managing budgets, timelines and supplier relationships
* A practical understanding of logistics and operational planning
* The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
