Job Title: Behaviour Mentor

Payrate: £95-£120 per day (Depending on experience)

We are seeking a committed Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive school in Nottingham, working closely with students who need additional guidance to improve behaviour, engagement, and emotional wellbeing.
This is a rewarding opportunity for a resilient and empathetic Behaviour Mentor who can make a real difference by supporting pupils to overcome barriers to learning.
The Role:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to students
* Implement behaviour strategies and intervention plans
* Promote positive behaviour, attendance, and engagement
* Work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral staff, and families
* Monitor progress and contribute to behaviour support plans
What You’ll Bring:
* Experience working with young people, particularly in behaviour or pastoral roles
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Calm, patient, and consistent approach to managing behaviour
* Understanding of safeguarding and student wellbeing
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
