Position: Teaching Assistant (Full-time / Part-time options available)
Start Date: ASAP / By agreement
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join welcoming and supportive schools in the Godalming area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a classroom setting.
The Role
* Supporting pupils individually or in small groups
* Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
* Supporting children with additional needs where required
* Encouraging pupil confidence, independence, and progress
The Ideal Candidate
* Has experience working with children (school-based experience preferred but not essential)
* Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic
* Has strong communication and teamwork skills
* Is reliable, flexible, and proactive
* Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS check
