Supervisor / Team Leader (Repairs, Maintenance and Voids) – Reference: MSPS196973. Expiry date: 18/11/2025. Location: Lincoln. Salary: Salary Competitive.
We are looking to recruit a Repairs Supervisor to join us, based in Lincoln, LN1 1DU.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team as part of a project or defined work stream, driving excellent service standards and achievement of KPI’s.
* Assess resource requirements and support the management of day-to-day activity, ensuring that all team objectives are met within overall time, cost and budget constraints.
* Deliver a compliant, safe and resilient service.
* Deliver services within budget.
* Manage multi-site workforces and performance of operatives and subcontractors’ KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience
* Hold a Level 3 trade qualification and a Blue CSCS card.
* Operational management experience/service delivery in a trade role.
* Experience managing operatives and subcontractors’ performance and KPIs.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, technology and materials.
* Proven ability to manage time, IT skills, and stakeholder influence; proactive and flexible approach.
* Valid competency in trade service delivery with experience of inspections, quality assurance and governance of trade activities, including recording keeping.
* Full UK driving licence (minimum 12 months).
