If yes, we have the opportunity for you!GXO are looking forStock Team Leadersto join our team inThatcham, working in partnership with a prestigious, high-performance running footwear and apparel brand.You will lead a high performing team of flexible and engaged colleagues, focusing on always delivering operational excellence.You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working shift patterns Monday to Friday, with some weekend work required, 2pm to 10:30pmPay, benefits and more:Youll be paid a salary of up to £30,210 per annum. Plus, many other perks such as a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme andour continued focus on internal promotions, over 55% last year!What youll do on a typical day:Plan, co-ordinate, supervise and report upon the work activities of the warehouse operatives, providing effective communication, leadership, succession planning, motivation, training, and developmentTake ownership of all inventory control activities, ensuring consistently high stock accuracy across the warehousePlan, coordinate, and oversee regular cycle counts, ensuring all are completed accurately and on scheduleTrack, analyse, and report on inventory discrepancies, stock accuracy, and key performance indicators (KPIs)Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded and maintained within the WMS systemWhat you need to succeed at GXO:Experience in a similar Stock Team Leader role within a fast-paced warehouse environmentBe a natural leader, able to coach others to drive and implement changeExperience managing conflicting priorities, with the ability to plan and organise a warehouse operationStrong IT skills, including warehouse systems and Microsoft OfficeWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.TPBN1_UKTJ
