Brook Street are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join our clients enthusiastic call centre team. The right candidate needs to ensure the highest standards of customer service is consistently delivered, You are people focused, committed and have a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
1.
Answering customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department
2.
Giving information and helping to solve customer queries
3.
Selling products and taking orders
4.
Replying to email enquiries
5.
Liaise with sales team and other departments
6.
Processing complaints
7.
Processing exchanges/return
8.
Chasing outstanding payments and taking payments over the phone
9.
Opening new accounts
10.
Taking information from customers and entering it on a database
11.
Making sure that the customer's experience is a positive one
Hours
Monday to Friday
Full time 8.30am - 5pm
Pay Rate: up too £13.85 per hour
