Aspire People are recruiting a Primary School Teacher in Bury, M45.
Aspire People are working with a lovely primary academy that requires a teacher to join from starting after the October half term until July 2025.
The role will see you teaching a small class of 28 students with mix abilities across year 1 and 2. This is a full-time role where you will take on full responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have strong classroom and behaviour management which will be essential.
A meet and greet and trial day can be arranged with the school ideally before the summer break.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Proven experience in teaching within the UK.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and classroom management abilities.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
* A passion for education and a commitment to student achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning and school initiatives.
* Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events as required.
