We are now looking for a Property Site Maintenance Engineer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis at our site in Leeds (LS9 0SG) working Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

The Role
As a Site Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining our premises safely and effectively, while upholding H&S and customer requirements.
Specifically, you will support and monitor contractors, ensuring they work in line with pre-approved risk assessments and method statements.
Conducting periodic site maintenance checks and repairs, you will uphold compliance with relevant machinery-related legislation and Health and Safety procedures.
Additionally, you will:
* Identify and report the need for major repairs
* Carry out minor repair work
* Use PPE as required
* Undertake regular site audits and escalate any abnormalities
About You
To be considered as a Property Site Maintenance Engineer, you will need:
* At least 2 years’ experience in general building maintenance, electrical maintenance or facilities maintenance, preferably within a distribution company
* City & Guilds 18th edition electrical qualification
* Good working knowledge of property legislation and H&S requirements
* An H&S-related qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH (desirable)
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Good organisational skills
* A good level of IT literacy
