Key Responsibilities: Assist in defending personal injury claims, including motor, employers' liability, and public liability matters. Support senior solicitors on higher-value and complex litigation such as industrial disease and catastrophic injury claims. Draft pleadings, correspondence, and reports for insurer clients, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Contribute to investigations covering liability, quantum (damages), and coverage issues. Liaise effectively with insurer clients, counsel, expert witnesses, and other third parties to progress cases. Attend court hearings, client meetings, and conferences, with opportunities for advocacy as your experience develops.
