My client, a respected full-service Legal law firm, is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join their dynamic and high-achieving property team based in Preston.

What You'll Be Doing:
1. Supporting fee earners across all residential conveyancing matters: sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, and everything in between
2. Handling key admin tasks-think preparing legal docs, chasing searches, and keeping the wheels turning between clients, agents, and solicitors
3. Getting involved with shared ownership, new build projects, remortgages, and equity cases when needed
4. Keeping case files up to date and making sure documentation meets all legal and firm standards
5. Providing top-notch client service with clear, professional communication
6. Being a team player who's organised, proactive, and ready to pitch in where it counts
Who You Are:
7. Ideally you've clocked up at least a year in a conveyancing assistant, legal secretary, or similar role
8. You know the ins and outs of residential conveyancing and legal admin like the back of your hand
9. Your communication skills are spot on, both written and verbal, and you're always client-focused
10. You're a master organiser who thrives juggling multiple priorities without breaking a sweat
11. Detail is your middle name-accuracy and confidentiality are non-negotiable
12. You're comfortable with tech-case management systems and Microsoft Office are in your toolkit
