Here at ISS, as a leading Facilities Management (FM) provider, we are looking to recruit a Sustainability Product/Services Manager to join or lead the UK Government Account.
Here, leading a team of 4 Product/Services Managers you will manage oversight over our core Sustainability service lines across the client’s extensive UK Estate, namely Energy, Social Value, & Waste. Our Product Managers assume day‑to‑day oversight of the delivery of these services to KPIs, Governance, etc.
Responsibilities
Managing the team of 4 you will have the overall responsibility in overseeing and assuring performance through effective team leadership, standardised processes and robust insight.
* Line‑manage and support the Product Performance Manager team, setting clear objectives, priorities and expectations for sustainability performance activity.
* Lead and oversee the performance management of ISS Sustainability services and products across the contract portfolio, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, KPIs, milestones and financial targets.
* Hold direct responsibility for end‑to‑end performance management of ISS’s largest sustainability contract, acting as the senior performance lead and escalation point.
* Provide oversight and assurance of sustainability performance across all other contracts, identifying trends, underperformance and emerging risks.
* Ensure performance risks, delivery issues and data gaps are identified early, escalated appropriately and managed effectively.
* Use performance insight to drive continuous improvement across sustainability services, products and operational delivery.
* Coordinate and manage programme‑level sustainability activity where Programme Manager roles are not in place, maintaining grip on milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
* Set and maintain standardised sustainability performance frameworks, templates, processes and reporting expectations across contracts.
Qualifications
* Experience of managing sustainability services, performance management or service‑led delivery in complex operational environments.
* Proven experience of leading and developing teams, including setting priorities and managing performance.
* Strong experience working with KPI frameworks, reporting cycles and performance management processes.
