Requirements : To be considered, candidates should have: Knowledge of the Building Sector. Experience as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager, Bid Manager, or Preconstruction Manager. Experience on general build construction projects is also considered. Previous employment with a Main Contractor is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication skills. Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc.).
