This is a rewarding opportunity for a confident and creative marketing professional to join our leading manufacturing business and make a real impact. You will lead our UK and IRE marketing efforts, managing a skilled team, building and delivering a comprehensive yearly marketing plan aligned with both local and group-level strategy. You will also act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensure efforts support sales and enhance product visibility, and take the lead on planning and delivering initiatives that meet business needs while reflecting the product roadmap.
About You
* Skilled as a Marketing Manager who shows true leadership capability
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and an understanding of how vital building stakeholder relationships is key to the success of this role
* The ability to manage multiple marketing projects and campaigns
* Familiarity with ERP systems and databases
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
* Proficiency in financial and market data analysis
* Creative flair and the ability to develop concepts from scratch
