More About The Team
Touchstone operates in a competitive commercial environment, requiring best use of resources to maintain a return to the Group both financially and socially.
Reporting to the Senior Compliance Coordinator, we are looking to recruit a Compliance Coordinator on an initial 1-year fixed term contract. This role offers hybrid/ remote working with working hours of Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30pm and 9am – 5pm on Fridays.
More About Your Role
As a Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all required compliance documentation is maintained on Touchstone property management platforms.
On a daily basis you will work with the Senior Compliance Coordinator to develop and maintain a high level of performance, using available resources to maximise resources.
At Places for People, we are committed to a safe working environment so a basic DBS check is mandatory.
More About You
The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a customer service role. Experience with Microsoft packages such as Word, Teams, Outlook and Excel are advantageous. Communication skills as well as stakeholder engagement are essential.
Experience & Skills
* Experience in an administration/ customer servicerole
* Experience with MS packages such as Word, Teams, Outlook and Excel,
* A track record of working with databases is preferred thought not essential,
* Excellent communication skills,
* Strong stakeholder engagement.
