Elevation Senior Finance are partnering with a fast-growing modern advisory firm in their search for an experienced Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager to join their expanding team in Sheffield.
This is an opportunity to join a commercially focused and people-first business that has achieved consistent year-on-year growth and is continuing to invest heavily in its tax advisory offering.
The role would suit an ambitious tax professional who enjoys working closely with owner-managed businesses and private clients, delivering high-level advisory work while helping shape the future direction of a growing practice.
Role
You will provide proactive tax advice across a broad range of matters affecting owner-managed businesses and private clients, including:
* Corporate and shareholder tax planning
* Business restructuring and succession planning
* Share schemes and employee incentives
* Property structuring and capital gains planning
* Inheritance tax planning, trusts and estates
* Managing HMRC enquiries and technical risk
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members
* Contributing to the growth and development of the wider tax offering

About You
The successful candidate is likely to have:
* CTA / ACA / ACCA qualification
* 3+ years\' post-qualified experience within tax advisory
* Strong experience advising owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurial clients
* Excellent client relationship and communication skills
* A commercial and proactive mindset
* The ability to work collaboratively within a growing team
