Located within the Department of Government, the world-renowned Essex Summer School in Social Science Data Analysis brings global-leading teachers and researchers from around the world to Essex to teach cutting-edge tools for social science data analysis and advanced statistical methods to answer key social, political and economic questions.
Duties of the Role
The Essex Summer School Events Assistant will support the Summer School Directors, Coordinator and Administrator in the successful delivery of its social and networking programme for students and instructors.
Qualifications and Skills required
Applicants will be educated to A-level standard or possess equivalent qualifications/experience.
You will possess experience of participating in a range of social and networking events in a professional capacity and have high customer care standards.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of IT literacy (proficient in Microsoft Office) will be required for the role.
