Minerva Recruitment is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) on behalf of a well-established and award-winning care home in the Downham Market, Norfolk area. This is a permanent position offering £22.50 per hour, with day and night shifts available.
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents. Working alongside a supportive care team, you’ll ensure that each individual’s nursing and personal care needs are met with dignity, compassion, and professionalism.
You will also:
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
• Support and supervise care staff
• Administer medication and carry out clinical procedures
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate care records
Requirements:
• Active NMC Registration (RGN or RMN)
• Prior experience in a nursing or care home environment
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• A genuine passion for caring for the elderly
