Position Summary: The Aftersales Associate is responsible for delivering a professional aftersales and contract support service to the business, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment contracts and services. This role involves overseeing the coordination and management of spares service and refurbishment contracts, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The Aftersales Associate will work closely with procurement, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain service excellence while upholding the company's core values. Key Responsibilities Contract and Service Management: Oversee, plan, organize, and coordinate daily activities related to spares service and refurbishment contracts. Procurement and Vendor Liaison: Manage procurement processes, expedite orders, and liaise with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of parts and services. Inspection and Quality Control: Conduct inspections of equipment to verify compliance with quality standards before dispatch. Logistics and Order Fulfilment: Manage packing, dispatch, and invoicing of equipment and spare parts. Sales Support: Prepare quotations and support internal sales activities for products related to Desal Supplies, with external sales engagement as required. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Quality Assurance Systems and Procedures. Stock and Cost Management: Oversee stock control and conduct cost analysis to optimize inventory levels and expenses. Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Undertake any other reasonable tasks as required to support business needs. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of aftersales services within the company’s engineering operations for RO (Reverse Osmosis) plants.
