Senior Project Manager – Regional Building (Yorkshire)

Tilbury Douglas is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a £20.1m primary school project in Sheffield, commencing March 2026. This is a key scheme within our ongoing DfE framework. Ideal base locations include York, Leeds, Sheffield, and Doncaster.
What you’ll do:
• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of major construction projects (£10m+).
• Manage and develop the on-site operational team.
• Drive safety, quality, programme, and budget performance.
• Strengthen client relationships, particularly with the DfE.
• Collaborate with planning, design, commercial and support teams.
• Champion continuous improvement and Tilbury Douglas values.
What we’re looking for:
• Proven Senior PM with experience as No.1 on £10m+ projects.
• Degree-qualified (or equivalent) with relevant CSCS/CITB certifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, commercial awareness, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects to tight deadlines.
