7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance profitability.

10. Lead and mentor a small team to achieve departmental goals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A Manager should have:
11. A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
12. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on financial data interpretation.
13. Experience in product costing is essential.
14. Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools.
15. Excellent communication skills to present financial insights to stakeholders.
16. Experience in the FMCG industry or a related sector.
