As a Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:
• Welcoming visitors and supporting a positive first impression
• Answering and directing incoming calls
• Assisting with post, deliveries, and courier bookings
• Supporting the Head Receptionist with general admin tasks
• Helping keep reception and meeting rooms tidy and organised
As a Receptionist, your experience will include:
• Friendly and confident communication skills
• A willingness to learn and support others
• Good organisation skills and attention to detail
• Basic confidence using Microsoft Office
• Some experience in an office or customer‑facing role (desirable, not essential)
