The Role:
* Assemble and test precision components and sub assemblies to engineering drawings and specifications.
* Carry out fault finding, rework and functional testing to ensure product quality and reliability.
* Maintain accurate build documentation, following strict configuration and quality control processes.
* Work closely with engineers and quality teams to support continuous improvement and on time delivery.
You’ll Need:
* Proven hands on assembly experience within defence, aerospace or high integrity engineering.
* Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical assembly practices.
* Familiarity with IPC standards, wiring, crimping, soldering, or similar skills.
* Ability to work to tight tolerances and strict quality standards.
