The Role: High-Value Residential Property Transactions As a Residential Property Associate, you will manage a varied and high-quality caseload, working closely with experienced lawyers on complex transactions. Key responsibilities include: Managing your own caseload of high-value residential property transactions Advising on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Handling complex and high-net-worth property matters Managing transactions involving: Short and critical timeframes Listed buildings and heritage properties Large land acquisitions Complex financial arrangements Maintaining and developing long-term client relationships Supporting the wider team’s business development activity Contributing to the growth and reputation of the property practice Team & Environment You will join a highly regarded Lymington-based Residential Property team, part of a wider Property division led by experienced senior leadership.
