📍 Location: Hybrid – South West London (3 days office/client visits, 2 days WFH)

⏰ Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

💰 Salary: £40,000–£50,000 + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

📊 Reports To: Head of Sales

A multi-award-winning IT solutions provider is expanding its sales team and looking for experienced Sales Account Managers to support the next phase of growth.

Their technology portfolio includes server and storage solutions, penetration testing, compliance and risk management, and a leading enterprise-grade data resilience platform combining software, secure storage, and cloud recovery.


The Role

We’re seeking driven, ambitious, and customer-focused sales professionals eager to develop their careers in a thriving and supportive environment.

You’ll be responsible for managing existing client relationships while acquiring new business logos. This is a proactive, full-cycle sales role involving both remote and in-person engagement with clients.


Key Responsibilities:

* Retain and grow revenue within an active client base
* Identify, qualify, and win new business opportunities with marketing and lead gen support
* Promote the full portfolio of IT solutions, including Data Centre, Cloud, and Security products
* Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting
* Build and strengthen relationships with key partners and vendors
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets


About You

You’re a motivated, target-driven sales professional who thrives in a dynamic, customer-oriented environment.


Essential Skills & Experience:

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT sales (products, solutions, or services)
* Proven ability to grow existing accounts and win new business
* Confident selling Data Centre, Cloud, and Security solutions
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Effective remote working discipline
