Role overview:
As School Business Manager, you will be responsible for leading the school’s operational functions, including finance, HR, facilities, and administration. You will work closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team to ensure the school runs effectively and meets its strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities:

* Lead on financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

* Oversee HR processes including recruitment, contracts, and compliance

* Manage facilities, health & safety, and site operations

* Ensure effective administration systems across the school

* Advise senior leaders on financial and operational strategy

* Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

* Line manage support staff teams and drive performance
