KS2 Primary Teacher (Full-Time, Maternity Cover)
Are you an enthusiastic and committed Key Stage 2 teacher ready for a new challenge? We are proud to partner with a friendly and dynamic primary school in Hemel Hempstead, seeking a talented teacher to join their team on a full-time maternity cover basis from the start of the upcoming academic year.
This role offers the chance to be part of a caring and supportive environment where fresh ideas, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching are encouraged and celebrated.
The Role
* Full-time maternity cover position
* Teaching either Year 4 or Year 5 (final placement based on your experience and preference)
* Delivering engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the UK National Curriculum
* Fostering a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
* Supporting pupils’ academic progress as well as their social and emotional wellbeing
* Leading small-group interventions to support pupil attainment
* Working closely with colleagues and parents to promote strong outcomes for all learners
About You
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2
* Demonstrates solid knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
* Brings creativity, flexibility, and enthusiasm to the classroom
* Is dedicated to inspiring a lifelong love of learning in every child
